In stock items ship within 3-5 business days with UPS tracking. Occasionally, due to periods of high order volume or sale periods, shipments might be slightly, delayed but will ship within 7 days of purchase.

Made to order rugs ship in 90-120 days. Runners ship 120-150 days after purchase.

We hope that you treasure your new rug from English Village Lane, but in the event it turns out you need to switch it up for whatever reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your shipment by emailing info@englishvillagelane.com with the subject line Return. 

Return shipping & the cost associated with the return is the sole responsibility of the customer and English Village Lane is not responsible for any rugs lost in transit & must be packaged by a professional, so FedEx or UPS are preferred & tracking must be sent within 3 days of the return being approved. Please do NOT return via USPS as our address is not recognized in their system. For every 7 days after the initial return window, an additional 5% restocking fee will be assessed. If we receive your rug after 30 days, it will be returned to you as final sale.

Once the item arrives, we will inspect, and if approved, issue a refund or credit of your choice to be used within 14 business days unless previously agreed on alternate terms. We offer either (1) A refund to the original form of payment minus a 15% restocking fee based upon the full price before discount OR (2) A full refund in the form of store credit. Please note: all orders placed using a promotional code will only be eligible for store credit returns. The rug must be returned in new, unused condition. If the product arrives damaged or showing signs of wear, we cannot process the refund. 

English Village Lane does not accept returns or cancellations on the following items:

— Miniature Sized Rugs (2x3s)

— Final sale or discounted items

— Gift Cards

You have 24 hours from the time of ordering to cancel, anything further beyond that is potentially subject to our cancellation policy.

Due to variations in online viewing screens, colors can appear differently on different devices. We do our best to use filter free and accurately represented colors in our photography, but please feel free to send us a message if you need more photos to feel comfortable with your purchase.
